Disease will never overwhelm you if your determination to be healthy is strong enough.

Our emotions have a deep and harsh impact on our lives.

Our stress levels are directly related to our emotional wellbeing, which in turn have a detrimental impact on our bodies and its pH levels.

By managing our emotions, we can relieve stress and its impact on our bodies.

Everybody and everything has frequencies that it vibrates to. Our bodies have its own unique range of frequencies that impact its wellbeing. Our emotions can alter these frequencies to such an extend that it impacts our health and physical wellbeing.

Different emotions trigger different frequencies. The higher the frequency, the better it is for our bodies and the lower the stress levels.

Emotions like gratitude, love, forgiveness are all high frequency emotions and are good for our health and wellbeing.

This is the reason why we need to incorporate loving emotional exercises into our protocols. Without it we will struggle to get rid of the disease.

High vibrational frequencies lower stress levels which in turn raise pH levels in our bodies.

How Gratitude Can Help You Heal Faster

Gratitude is a powerful emotion. Did you know that by using gratitude it can help you to heal faster?

Why Gratitude?

When you are in a state of gratitude that energy that your body is vibrating is powerful. It’s ONE of the highest forms of vibration on the vibration scale.

Check out the image below:

As you can see that’s a pretty powerful vibration that you are giving off when you are in a state of gratitude.

So how can you incorporate gratitude into your everyday life?

By practicing & adding it into your daily routine.

The Art of Practicing Gratitude.

How do you even get started?

That part is pretty easy. Just start by saying “Thank You.”

I love this quote:

If the only prayer you ever said was “Thank You” that would be enough.

~Eckhart Tolle

Why Thank You?

Because you are thanking God (your higher power) for all the blessings that you already have in your life.

Either write down what you are grateful for or speak them out.

Learn To Make Gratitude A Habit.

If you can make gratitude a daily habit then you will start to see some fast changes.

Find something that you already do that you can use as a trigger.

This will remind you to say what you are grateful for or write them down.

Have you ever heard of the app Ifttt? (If this then that)

Well finding a trigger is kind of like the purpose of that app.

You are linking up two things to get a result.

What Can You Use As A Trigger To Make Gratitude A Habit?

  • Making your coffee in the morning.
  • While taking a shower.
  • Putting your makeup on.
  • Drive to work.
  • Cooking breakfast.
  • Before or After meditation
  • Insults

Put a post-it note on your mirror in the bathroom to remind you to do your gratitudes.

Examples

Someone insults you by saying that you are ugly and selfish...

Your immediate reaction will be either to run away or to defend yourself against such allegations and get into a confrontation with that person.

Instead of running away or getting into a confrontation, react with gratitude by saying...

"Thankyou for being honest by sharing your true feeling. Every day when I look in the mirror, I see myself as a beautiful, generous, happy and loving person. The person that I am meant to be. I can help you to see the same when you look in the mirror."

Personal insecurities bring out the worst in people and they act towards other people the way they feel about themselves. Remember, if someone insults you, it is because they are feeling insecure about themselves.

By offering them help will probably anger them. They may lash out at you again. Keep your calm and repeat what you said and always be willing to help.

Eventually the other person will back off because they are not ready to face their own problems, or they will allow you to help them to balance their life.

How Can You Start Being More Grateful Today?

You can start by making a gratitude journal.

Start writing down every day what you are grateful for.

Take 5 mins a day and think about all the things in your life that you are truly grateful for.

And watch and see how it change your life.

And not only that but you will start to attract more things to be grateful for.
