What to Expect in this Protocol
What is this Course?
We have set out a curated collection of materials in this protocol to cover all the learning needed and steps to follow to successfully overcome most diseases known to humankind, including cancer, heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, arthritis, osteoporosis, obesity, Alzheimer’s and many more. Included in this protocol is a transition to a whole food plant-based diet which will serve as your launch pad for living a healthy lifestyle for the rest of your life.
The structure has been set around 150 days (depending on your progress) with daily step by step guides, recipes, and lessons. We know that making this change can feel like an enormous task and we aim to have this protocol serve as a supportive roadmap along your journey. If you miss a day or fall off the wagon, just dust yourself off and jump back on! Being kind and compassionate to yourself is part and parcel of making these changes, so please relax and enjoy this ride. We can tell you from first-hand experience that making these changes in your life will bring with them so many unforeseen blessings, aside from greatly improved health and wellbeing.
As you will learn over the next 150 days, there are some powerful forces in the world working to keep us all ignorant of our natural birth right of good health, and it can take a prolonged and well-informed effort to counter these nefarious corporate interests, so let’s set our mind right for this task and dive in.
This protocol is also a living project. We will continue to update and refine the material as new resources, videos, films, and research articles are produced and as we continue to discover new and exciting recipes. You will have lifetime access to this protocol, so after you complete the protocol, you can come back and revisit any of the lessons and view new insights over time.
There are a lot of different treatments that will cure your disease, but only a lifestyle change will keep you healthy in the long term. By adapting a natural healthy lifestyle, you will focus on the origin of your disease by obtaining and keeping your pH balanced, your cells oxygenated and energized and your immune system in tip top condition, fending off disease before it can manifest in your body.
To keep track of your improvement, it is important to know some of your body’s vital counts and measurements to compare future readings to. This will give you a clear sense of overall health improvement or not. These counts and measurements include your Body Mass Index (BMI), Blood Pressure, Blood Cholesterol and Blood Sugar. Below you can download a chart to keep a record of these counts for future reference.
All the guides and exercises in this protocol are designed to balance your body’s pH at about 7.4. This will be done by focusing on your hydration, diet, supplementation, exercise, relaxation, sleep, mindset, emotions, faith, social activities and attitude. All of these activities have directly influences on your vagus nerve, which regulates your immune system via your gut and your lymphatic system. With a pH of 7.4 and a healthy vagus nerve, your immune system will be able to fend off any disease. This protocol will turn all the guides and exercises into habits.
All documentary movies or series mentioned in videos in this protocol are featured in this protocol and there is no reason for you to search for it. It will be shown at specific times in this protocol or you can go to the Media tab in the menu to watch them.
