Now that you understand that the root cause of diseases are acid buildup in your body, let’s take a look at what makes the body acidic. This is your habits. YES, your eating habits, your drinking habits, your smoking habits, your medication habits, your thinking habits, your stress habits, your social habits, your exercising habits, your relaxation habits, your religious habits, your forgiving habits, your empathy habits, and your generosity habits, to name a few, all have an effect on your body’s pH level.
In this protocol we will address all of these habits and replace the acid forming habits with alkaline forming habits.
Contrary to common beliefs, on average it takes about 66 days to change or learn a habit. A habit is something you do automatically without having to think about it – like walking.
