Grocery Shopping

Getting a solid grocery shopping trip upfront will get your kitchen stocked for cooking the recipes we have planned out for the week. This list is designed to be downloaded and printed so you can easily take it with you to the store.

For the first 12 weeks, the menu and shopping list remain basically the same to concentrate on the consumption of the most effective disease-fighting foods available. After the initial 12 weeks, each week of the course will have its own shopping list tailored specifically to the recipes for that week. Our goal is to teach you a wide range of delicious and easy-to make recipes that will keep your immune system in tip-top shape to fend off any disease. So, by the time you complete the course, you have solid experience of making a broad set of recipes under your belt and can feel confident to move forward with a satisfying healthy menu. You will also then feel right at home learning more of the 100+ recipes on this course.

Tips on Reading Labels

Kim Campbell from PlantPure has done an excellent job of explaining the fundamentals of reading labels when shopping to stay on track with a whole-food plant-based approach. It can take more time initially to slow down and read labels while shopping, but you will find you quickly learn what specific brands and versions of products will work for you and shopping will get easier.
