How to take CDS
Add 10 milliliters of 0.3% Chlorine Dioxide Solution (CDS) to every 1 liter of water you take. Drink at least 2 liters water with CDS during the day, 100ml every hour.
To make your own Chlorine Dioxide Solution (CDS) you can purchase the 25% Sodium Chlorite solution and Hydrochloric Acid 5% here.
