Daily Activities
The daily activities that needs to be followed in this protocol is set out as follows:
Prayer
Every human has an instinct to reach out to a higher power in moments of distress, irrespective of his or her religious beliefs. This natural instinct acknowledges the existence of a higher power able to hear our words. Throughout religious beliefs, this higher power is known as God.
Our emotions have a deep and harsh impact on our lives. Our stress levels are directly related to our emotional wellbeing, which in turn has a detrimental impact on our bodies and their pH levels. By managing our emotions, we can relieve stress and its impact on our bodies.
Everybody and everything has frequencies that it vibrates to. Our body has its own unique range of frequencies that impact its wellbeing. Our emotions can alter these frequencies to such an extent that it impacts our health and physical wellbeing. Different emotions trigger different frequencies. The higher the frequency, the better it is for our bodies and the lower stress levels.
Emotions like gratitude, love, forgiveness are all high-frequency emotions and are good for our health and wellbeing. This is the reason why we need to incorporate loving emotional exercises into our lives. Without it, we would struggle to get rid of the disease.
High vibrational frequencies lower stress levels, which in turn raise pH levels in our bodies. Gratitude is a powerful emotion. Did you know that by using gratitude it can help you to heal faster? When you are in a state of gratitude, the energy that your body is vibrating at is powerful. It’s ONE of the highest forms of vibration on the vibration scale.
Expressing true gratitude towards God raises your vibration to it’s highest levels and directly impacts your health and physical wellbeing positively.
So, every morning when you wake up and every evening before you go to sleep, be grateful and pray! Start by saying out loud “Thank You!”. Repeat these words every time you eat or drink something.
Testing
Every morning when you wake up, before doing anything else but praying, test the pH of your saliva. Do not drink anything, smoke or brush your teeth before you test the pH of your saliva.
Fill your mouth with saliva and then swallow it. Repeat this step to help ensure that your saliva is clean. Then, the third time, put some of your saliva onto the pH paper. Take the reading IMMEDIATELY.
The pH paper should turn blue. This indicates that your saliva is slightly alkaline at a healthy pH of 7.3. If it is not blue, compare the color with the chart that comes with the pH paper. Write down the pH reading to keep a record of it. This way, you can keep track of your pH status and your overall health.
One of the aims of this protocol is to get your pH above 7 when you wake up.
Tea
Have Essiac or Rooibos tea 2 to 3 times a day.
Essiac Tea is touted to be one of the healthiest beverages on the planet.

Meals
Each day, this protocol has whole food recipes for breakfasts, juices, smoothies, lunches, dinners, desserts and snacks. These are easy to follow recipes with instructional videos to follow. Each week’s recipes also come with a weekly shopping list for your convenience. This makes cooking with whole foods very easy. Always be thankful for the food that you consume.
Water
If you do not get your water via an installed ionizer, you need to distill all the water that you plan to consume. Before you consume your distilled water, mix in the Ionic Coral Calcium as directed or treat it in your portable hydrogen water generator. This will ionize the water, making it more absorbable into your cells, which reduces oxidative stress. Oxidative stress is an imbalance between free radicals and antioxidants in your body. Always be thankful for the water that you consume.
Reading
Reading your Habit Scripts at the designated times and ways will transform this exercise into a long-lasting solid habit. By following the structure of the Habit Scripts, you can turn anything into a lasting habit in the quickest possible timeframe. Bad habits caused your disease… Let good habits destroy your disease!
Learn
On most days, you will find material to watch or read that will give you a better understanding on how the human body works, why diseases flourish and why this protocol is the only protocol that will give you lasting results and excellent health in the long run. By following the material you will expand your knowledge on health issues and you will get motivated to complete this protocol.
Love
Part of this protocol is to help you to feel better about yourself and to help you to love yourself even more. The more you love yourself, the better your attitude becomes and the less stressed you will be. In turn, your health will then also improve – it’s a win-win situation.
The Habit Scripts are designed to improve your self-confidence and improve your self-love.
Exercise – Grounding – Sun – Air
The exercise regiment in this protocol focuses on speeding up your heart rate, to deepening your breathing and to move your lymphatic system to excrete toxins. They are designed to suit your circumstances and your fitness level. It is suggested that you do these exercises outdoors in direct sunlight with your bare feet on natural ground (like sand, rock or grass) (Most man-made materials and structures are isolated from the earth).
Throughout the day, whenever you get an opportunity, breathe in deep – hold – and breathe out all the way, at least 5 breaths consecutively, once every hour.
Tapping, Relaxing & Reflecting
Find a quiet place where you can sit or lay down where you will not be disturbed and where you can close your eyes comfortably. Before you lay down, sit up straight and practice the Tapping protocol 3 times (see Tapping lesson). Listen to your guided relaxation audio (download from Relaxation lesson) and practice the suggestions in the guided relaxation audio. Reflect on the positive things that happened during the day. You will get better results from your relaxing protocol if you diffuse and/or inhale essential oils (see Aromatherapy and Essential Oils lesson) during your relaxation regime.
Social
Spending quality time with friends or loved ones can just feel good for the soul. Ever leave a gathering with friends and feel refreshed and jovial? Time spent with those that you trust and that care about you is good for everyone. Too much time on your own can make you feel lonely and out of touch, so it is important to make an effort to spend time with others. Social interaction between people is extremely important to personal health. This is face-to-face social interaction and NOT via social media platforms. Social interaction can lighten your mood and make you feel happier. Social interaction is good for your brain’s health. It promotes a sense of safety, belonging and security. It allows you to confide in others and let them confide in you. Friendly, loving social interaction lowers your stress.
Social networks and online interactions may give people a false sense of connectedness. We still need physical in-person connections for our own health. Schedule time with friends (in-person) on a regular basis to avoid loneliness. It doesn’t have to be a full night out. It could be a 15 minute walk with a neighbor or meeting up for a quick refreshment.
Your default peer group is at work and relationships at work are important, but relationships outside work are important too. Relationships with neighbors, the parents of your kids’ friends, or others that share common interests with you are good for your well-being. Take a second to evaluate the people you spend time with and look for ways to branch out if that circle doesn’t go beyond colleagues.
Humor
According to a study published in the Journal of the National Cancer Institute, people who laugh often decrease stress-related hormones in their bodies as well as increase the number of activated T cells and natural killer cells—two things that help your body stay strong and healthy.
During moments of levity, while it seems like you’re simply laughing at a friend’s joke or a comedian’s monologue, you’re actually improving your health. By tickling your funny bone, clinical evidence shows you are not only being entertained but enhancing your physical, psychological, and social well-being.
