Intro

Daily Structure

As previously mentioned, each day is structured into 6 sections. Each section covers a period of 3 hours, starting at 06H00 daily. Depending on your personal schedule, you can alter the starting time if your day starts earlier or later, but you must maintain the structure of the day.

The activities that need to be fit into the daily schedules are as follows:

You will receive guides related to certain activities in your Habit Scripts. These guides must be used in correlation with the guides in this protocol.

Meals and Snacks must be consumed at least 2.5 hours apart.

06H00 – 09H00

  • Prayer – When you wake up, say Thank You!
  • Testing – Test your pH and keep a record of it.
  • Drink – Drink a cup of Rooibos Tea with a teaspoon of lemon juice or a cup Essiac Tea.
  • Exercise – Take a brisk walk for 20 – 30 minutes if your health permits it, otherwise do indoor exercise that you can manage. You need to break a sweat and, with increased breathing, for this exercise to be effective. It is better to exercise on a rebounder, if you have one.
  • Shower – Take a hot shower for 3 – 5 minutes and end your shower with 30 – 60 seconds cold shower. This will increase blood circulation to areas usually deprived of blood and oxygen.
  • Meal – Make and enjoy Breakfast according to the protocol recipes.
  • Read – Read your Habit Script in silence.
  • Water – Prepare your water for the day. Drink at least ½ a cup of water every hour throughout the day. Don’t drink anything 15 minutes before or 45 minutes after any meal.

Should you be required to get up earlier, you need to go to bed earlier as well. It is extremely important to get at least 8 hours of sleep, of which at least 2 hours MUST be before midnight in summer and 3 hours before midnight in winter. (The Pineal gland regulates hormones during sleep and it is directly affected by the sun. Within 2 – 3 hours after sunset at the equator, you need to go to sleep)

09H00 – 12H00

At least 2.5 hours after your previous meal.

  • Snack – Make and enjoy the morning juice according to the protocol recipes.

12H00 – 15H00

At least 2.5 hours after your previous snack.

  • Meal – Make and enjoy Lunch according to the protocol recipes.
  • Read – Read your Habit Script in silence.

15H00  – 18H00

At least 2.5 hours after your previous meal.

  • Snack – Make and enjoy the afternoon juice according to the protocol recipes.

18H00 – 21H00

  • Meal – Make and enjoy Dinner according to the protocol recipes.
  • Bath – Take a hot bath with a cup of Epson Salt and 6 drops of Lavender essential oils in it. Otherwise, take a hot shower.
  • Read – Read your Habit Script out loud.
  • Relax & Reflect – Listen to the Guided Relaxing MP3 audio file and reflect on positive things that happened during the day.

21H00 – 22H00

Go to sleep no later than 22H00.

  • Dessert – Make and enjoy Dessert according to the protocol recipes. Do NOT eat dessert if you had any vegetables that is not compatible with fruit within a 2.5 hour period. (See Compatibility Table)
  • Sweet – Enjoy your bed-time chocolate before getting into bed.
  • Prayer – Before you go to sleep, say Thank You!

Sleep a minimum of 8 hours! Essential!
