Protocol Structure
This course is setup in daily, weekly, and monthly sections using the following structure:
Daily:
Daily Schedules: Each day is divided into 5 sections. Each section can contain up to 5 activities. Some of the activities are mandated for each section, while other activities can be changed to suit your schedule. It is, however, essential that all the activities are done during each day.
Daily Activities: These activities must be done during each day. pH record, eat, drink, read, learn, specific actions, exercise, relax and prayer.
Daily pH Record: Every morning you will measure the pH of your saliva before you do anything else.
Daily Recipes: Each day will have a set of 6 recipes: breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner, and dessert. For the first 90 days, some of the recipes will be repeated daily. Some days you will repeat recipes as you will have leftovers from previous days. Planning to eat leftovers and making them a regular part of your diet is one of the tricks to staying on track. Some recipes have step-by-step video instructions and all recipes have printable pages for your kitchen.
Drinks: You will be guided on what to drink, when to drink it and how much to drink. Staying hydrated is crucial to your health.
Daily Readings: You will receive Habit Scripts that you need to read every day to imprint your new natural healthy lifestyle into your subconscious mind. These Habit Scripts were scientifically designed to adopt this new habit in the fastest possible way into your life.
Daily Learning: Each day you will have a video or book recommendation for expanding your knowledge of the fast-growing world of plant-based nutritional science and the alternative health industry. We will introduce you to all of the leading plant-based doctors and researchers that are inspiring and educating the world. Many of the videos are freely available on YouTube and a few of the documentaries can be easily rented online or viewed through popular services like Hulu, Amazon Prime, or Netflix. Then there are specific videos only available in this protocol. We cover A LOT of ground with these materials, so please take your time and be sure to absorb each one. Keep in mind the simplest truth about plant-based nutrition is just knowing HOW to cook easy and delicious recipes for yourself, and we have you totally covered! Learning WHY is fun, and at times shocking, but can be done over time.
Daily Actions: There are specific tasks that you must complete each day to assist your body in your healing process. These actions may be combined or incorporated with others to save time and effectiveness.
Daily Exercise: Whether you have an exercise regime or not, daily exercise is imperative for your healing process. Do not worry; you will be able to manage it. The exercise is designed to improve your health in accordance with your personal situation.
Daily Relaxation: You will receive an mp3 audio file that you must download. This file is guided relaxation audio with instructions, suggestions and frequency balancing audio scientifically designed to balance your Vagus Nerve frequencies and to help you to relax. This audio is custom designed for you only according to your answers in the questionnaire you completed in the Habit section of this protocol.
Daily Prayers: It is imperative that you pray every day. There is no human that does not believe in a higher power – some people just don’t want to admit it. Pray to God and be grateful for what you have.
Weekly:
Weekly Shopping list: Each week we will have a new meal plan that is supported by a set of our easy and delicious recipes with a specific printable grocery shopping list you can take to the store to stock up ahead of time.
Batch Cooking Day: Each week we will have a day to batch cook a few of our easy recipes that keep well in the fridge and that can then be used as meals and desserts throughout the week to help ease the workload of learning to cook all your own meals.
Sharing: A very important part of your healing process is to share your experiences with others – especially people that you don’t know, who suffer from the same sort of disease as you. You need to give them support and encourage them to get healthy by sharing your journey and experiences with them.
Monthly:
Monthly Reporting: Every 30 days you need to have your Vital Body Measurements checked and add the results to your chart. You will see in the numbers the progress that you made.
After the Course: There will be a resources section at the end of the course that lists some wonderful additional materials like plant-based news sources, books, movies, and more, which we will continue to update over time. The goal is to get you healthy and have you fully ready to live a natural, disease-free lifestyle, so we have organized everything for you.
