Stress is one of the major benefactors of disease. Stress, infections and inflammation directly cause your Vagus Nerve to be dysfunctional. Your Vagus Nerve regulates your digestion, breathing, heart rate and your immune system.

By relaxing correctly, you can eliminate stress from your life and allow your body to deal with disease instead of stress. You need to establish a time during each day that you can dedicate to relaxation. During this time, you will be guided to eliminate stress from your body. You will need 45 – 60 minutes for your relaxation each day.
