Week 1 Preparations

Weekly Food Prep

Each week we will do some food prep to ease the burden of having to cook every meal throughout the week. We do some batch cooking of items that can be frozen or kept in the fridge, as well as making some basic recipes that are great for healthy snacking and desserts. You will have all the ingredients you need for this prep work from the Week 1 Recipes Shopping List.

Daily Learning Materials
The learning materials this week we will be focusing on introducing you to many of the whole-food plant-based doctors and researchers that have been instrumental in doing the hard work of discovery and teaching a sleeping world about the truth of a plant-based diet. Many of them have taken on powerful special interests in the animal agriculture, processed food industries, and even the US government, and have fought tirelessly over the last 40 years to bring us accurate and life-saving nutritional science.

We consider these doctors to be luminaries in the nutritional sciences field and think some day the world will recognize the work they have all done as one of the great forms of service to humanity. We will cover a lot of ground this week, so strap yourself in, prepare to unlearn everything you think you know about diet and nutrition, and let’s get started!
