Ingredients

  • 6 stalks Celery, diced
  • 1 Cucumber, diced
  • 1 large Carrot, shredded
  • 3 ½ ounces Green olives, chopped
  • cup Walnuts, chopped
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Sage
  • 4 cups Whole grain sorghum, cooked
  • ½ cup Garden mayonnaise (see condiments)
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Combine celery, cucumber, carrot, olives, and walnuts in a medium salad bowl.
  • Mix garlic powder and sage. Pour over the vegetables and toss to coat.
  • Add cooked sorghum and mayonnaise.
  • Season with sea salt.
  • Cover and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
