Potato casserole with minced chicken
Essential ingredients
- 272 g – Potato
- 75 g – Eggs
- 41 g – Whole wheat flour
- 109 g – Minced chicken
- 34 g – Mozzarella
- 109 g – Tomato
- 68 g – Bell pepper
- 68 g – Yogurt
- 3 g – Seed oil
- 7 g – Greens
Ingredients to taste
- 2 g – Mustard
- 2 g – Garlic
- 2 g – Italian herbs mix
- 2 g – Spices to taste
- 2 g – Black pepper
Cooking
- 1 You can take ready-made minced chicken or simply chop the chicken fillet using a blender
- 2 Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil, put the minced chicken on it, add salt and spices to taste (if you wish, you can also add a mixture of Italian herbs), and fry, stirring occasionally, for 3-5 minutes
- 3 Cut the bell pepper into small cubes (1 * 1 cm) and add to the minced meat. Continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes
- 4 Peel and grate potatoes
- 5 Combine the grated potatoes, egg, flour, minced garlic, salt, and spices to taste in a deep bowl. Mix thoroughly
- 6 Combine the yogurt with mustard in a separate bowl
- 7 Remove the cooked meat with pepper from the pan and put the potato mass on it (spread evenly over the bottom of the pan like a pancake about 1 cm thick)
- 8 Fry this casserole base on one side for 3-5 minutes, then gently turn over and pour on top the cooked yogurt and mustard sauce
- 9 Put the meat filling on top of the sauce, then place the tomatoes cut into thin slices and sprinkle with grated mozzarella
- 10 Cover the pan with a lid and cook over medium heat for another 2-4 minutes, until the cheese is melted
- 11 Transfer the prepared casserole to a plate, sprinkle with chopped fresh herbs (optional). Bon Appetit!
