Our Order, Refund And Shipping Policy
Please be aware that when placing an order with us you are taking full responsibility for your shipment once it is sent to you. If customs inspects, break seals or seize it, we cannot be held liable for this. Thus far we have not had issues with customs seizing any parcels, but it is a possibility.
We have a no return and refund policy for any unwanted products and any product bought with a discount coupon, once the item is shipped.
Shipping Information
All orders are manufactured in and shipped by us from Cape Town, South Africa and we personally hand-package each item we ship to limit damage via normal shipping procedures. All big orders with multiple items purchased will be split into separate parcels to avoid any import issues with the products you have ordered and you will receive multiple tracking codes for these once they are shipped.
All orders will be sent out within 3-5 working days via tracked international airmail. The tracking info for your order will automatically be sent to the email address that you have placed an order with once your order is shipped. Shipped orders should be delivered within 2 weeks from date of shipping. Once an order has been shipped, it is totally beyond our control.
Please be aware that some of our customers have not been informed that the package is with their local postal service/local customs office waiting to be picked up. Use your tracking number to track your order and communicate with the courier for collection or delivery.
Customs Import Taxes And Fees Information
All orders we send out are marked as gifts or samples and are marked with a low value to prevent, in most situations, you from being charged any import taxes or fees by customs. In some rare cases people may be charged import tax and when placing an order with us you are accepting full responsibility if this occurs. We are not liable for import taxes and\or custom fees.
Products
Due to the sensitivity of our products and the restrictions in some countries that does not allow products that claims it is able to heal diseases, the product that you order and receive may not look like the product photo and/or have the same name as on the product order page. Please be assured that the product you receive will be exactly as described on the product order page.
