Coleslaw
Refreshing and crispy!
Servings: 4 cups
Ingredients
For the Salad
- 3 cups Finely chopped cabbage
- 1 Carrot, finely chopped
- ½ Red bell pepper, diced
- ¼ cup Dill pickles, diced
For the Dressing
- 3 tbsp. Vinegar
- 1 tbsp. Sweetener
- 2 tbsp. Nondairy milk
- 4 tbsp. Garden Mayonnaise (see condiments)
- ½ tsp Dill
- ½ tsp Celery seed
- Sea salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place cabbage, carrot, red pepper, and dill pickles in bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix vinegar, agave, milk, mayonnaise, dill, and celery seed.
- Mix dressing with cabbage, carrot, red pepper, and dill pickles.
- Add salt and black pepper.
