Ingredients

For the Salad

  • 3 cups Finely chopped cabbage
  • 1 Carrot, finely chopped
  • ½ Red bell pepper, diced
  • ¼ cup Dill pickles, diced

For the Dressing

  • 3 tbsp. Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. Sweetener
  • 2 tbsp. Nondairy milk
  • 4 tbsp. Garden Mayonnaise (see condiments)
  • ½ tsp Dill
  • ½ tsp Celery seed
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Place cabbage, carrot, red pepper, and dill pickles in bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, mix vinegar, agave, milk, mayonnaise, dill, and celery seed.
  • Mix dressing with cabbage, carrot, red pepper, and dill pickles.
  • Add salt and black pepper.
