Garden Mayonnaise
Delicious healthy home made mayonnaise
Servings: 1 cup
Ingredients
- 6 ounces Firm silken tofu
- ¼ cap Raw cashews
- 2 tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp. Apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp Sweetener (agave or molasses)
- ¼ tsp Sea salt
- ½ tsp Dijon mustard
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. If you desire a thinner consistency, you may want to blend in a little water.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
Notes
Nutritional yeast, which can be purchased in health food stores, adds a slight nutty and cheesy flavor. If desired, add 1 teaspoon.
