Fruit Smoothie
Here’s the best fruit smoothie with a little bit of everything! Berries, mango, apple and banana make a refreshing sweet tart frozen drink.

Ingredients
- ½ cup Pineapple, fresh or frozen, diced
- 1 Banana, sliced
- 1 Kiwi fruit
- ½ cup Apple with skin, cored and diced
- 1 cup Mixed berries, fresh or frozen
- ½ cup Dairy free yogurt
- ½ cup Dairy free milk (almond, oat or coconut milk)
- 1 tbsp. Raw honey or agave (optional)
- 1 tbsp. Freshly squeezed lime juice (or lemon juice)
Instructions
- Place apple in the blender and blend. Add the banana and milk and blend.
- Add the remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth, stopping and scraping as necessary.
- If desired, garnish with a strawberry and mint sprig. Serve immediately or store in an airtight jar in the refrigerator for 1 day.
