Ingredients

  • 3 cups Mango, fresh or frozen
  • ½ Banana, room temperature, broken into pieces
  • ½ cup Dairy free yogurt
  • ½ cup Dairy free milk (almond, oat or coconut milk)
  • 5 Ice cubes
  • 1 tsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender, adding the liquids first, except for 2 cups mango. Blend until smooth.
  • Add the 2 cups mango and blend again until smooth, adding a splash of additional water or milk to get it to blend if necessary.
