Mixed Berry Smoothie
Servings: 1
Ingredients
- 2 cups Mixed berries, fresh or frozen
- 1 Ripe banana, room temperature
- ½ cup Dairy free yogurt
- 1 cup Dairy free milk (almond, oat or coconut milk)
- 1 tbsp. Raw honey or agave
- ½ cup Ice
- ¼ tsp Vanilla extract (optional)
- Fresh mint or basil leaves (optional)
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender, breaking the banana into pieces. Blend until creamy and frothy, stopping and scraping down the sides as necessary. If desired, garnish with a frozen strawberry and mint sprig. Serve immediately or store in an airtight jar in the refrigerator for 2 days.
