Ingredients

  • 2 cups Mixed berries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 Ripe banana, room temperature
  • ½ cup Dairy free yogurt
  • 1 cup Dairy free milk (almond, oat or coconut milk)
  • 1 tbsp. Raw honey or agave
  • ½ cup Ice
  • ¼ tsp Vanilla extract (optional)
  • Fresh mint or basil leaves (optional)

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender, breaking the banana into pieces. Blend until creamy and frothy, stopping and scraping down the sides as necessary. If desired, garnish with a frozen strawberry and mint sprig. Serve immediately or store in an airtight jar in the refrigerator for 2 days.
