Pineapple Cherry Cake

Pineapple Cherry Cake

Ingredients
- 1 15-oz Can crushed pineapple (not drained)
- 1 16-oz Can sour cherries
- ⅓ cup Sucanat
- ½ cup Unsweetened coconut
- 1 ½ cup Whole wheat pastry flour
- ½ cup Agave
- 1 mashed Banana
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix pineapple, cherries, coconut, and Sucanat. Spread in a 9 × 9 nonstick baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, agave, and mashed banana. Mix until crumbly and spread evenly on top of fruit.
- Bake 30–35 minutes.
Notes
You can use fruit that is fresh, frozen, or canned. Frozen berries can be used straight from the package.
