Pineapple Cherry Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 15-oz Can crushed pineapple (not drained)
  • 1 16-oz Can sour cherries
  • cup Sucanat
  • ½ cup Unsweetened coconut
  • 1 ½ cup Whole wheat pastry flour
  • ½ cup Agave
  • 1 mashed Banana

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Mix pineapple, cherries, coconut, and Sucanat. Spread in a 9 × 9 nonstick baking dish.
  • In a separate bowl, combine flour, agave, and mashed banana. Mix until crumbly and spread evenly on top of fruit.
  • Bake 30–35 minutes.

Notes

You can use fruit that is fresh, frozen, or canned. Frozen berries can be used straight from the package.
