Pineapple Smoothie
Here’s how to make the best pineapple smoothie! It’s got just the right creamy texture and is bursting with sweet fruity flavor.

Ingredients
- 3 cups Pineapple, cubed, fresh or frozen
- ½ Ripe banana
- ½ cup Dairy free yogurt
- ½ cup Dairy free milk (almond, oat or coconut milk)
- 5 Ice cubes
- 1 ½ tbsp. Freshly squeezed lime juice (or lemon juice)
Instructions
- Place all ingredients except 1 cup pineapple in a blender. Blend until smooth, stopping and stirring as necessary.
- Add the final cup of pineapple and blend again. Eat immediately or store in an airtight jar for 1 day.
