Fruit Smoothie

Here’s the best fruit smoothie with a little bit of everything! Berries, mango, apple and banana make a refreshing sweet tart frozen drink.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Pineapple, fresh or frozen, diced
  • 1 Banana, sliced
  • 1 Kiwi fruit
  • ½ cup Apple with skin, cored and diced
  • 1 cup Mixed berries, fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup Dairy free yogurt
  • ½ cup Dairy free milk (almond, oat or coconut milk)
  • 1 tbsp. Raw honey or agave (optional)
  • 1 tbsp. Freshly squeezed lime juice (or lemon juice)

Instructions

  • Place apple in the blender and blend. Add the banana and milk and blend.
  • Add the remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth, stopping and scraping as necessary.
  • If desired, garnish with a strawberry and mint sprig. Serve immediately or store in an airtight jar in the refrigerator for 1 day.
