Fruit Smoothie
Here’s the best fruit smoothie with a little bit of everything! Berries, mango, apple and banana make a refreshing sweet tart frozen drink.

- ½ cup Pineapple, fresh or frozen, diced
- 1 Banana, sliced
- 1 Kiwi fruit
- ½ cup Apple with skin, cored and diced
- 1 cup Mixed berries, fresh or frozen
- ½ cup Dairy free yogurt
- ½ cup Dairy free milk (almond, oat or coconut milk)
- 1 tbsp. Raw honey or agave (optional)
- 1 tbsp. Freshly squeezed lime juice (or lemon juice)
Place apple in the blender and blend. Add the banana and milk and blend.
Add the remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth, stopping and scraping as necessary.
If desired, garnish with a strawberry and mint sprig. Serve immediately or store in an airtight jar in the refrigerator for 1 day.
