D.I.Y. Fruit Smoothie

Build your own smoothie with the ingredients of your choice.

Ingredients

  • 1 Banana, sliced
  • ½ cup Dairy free yogurt
  • ½ cup Dairy free milk (almond, oat or coconut milk)
  • 2 cups Mixture of any alkaline fruit, diced
  • 1 tbsp. Raw honey or agave (optional)
  • Spice to taste (more than one spice can be added)
  • 2 tbsp. Cacao powder for chocolate flavor (optional)

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until creamy and frothy, stopping and scraping down the sides as necessary. If desired, garnish with a frozen strawberry and mint sprig. Serve immediately or store in an airtight jar in the refrigerator for 1 day.
