- 1 Banana, sliced
- ½ cup Dairy free yogurt
- ½ cup Dairy free milk (almond, oat or coconut milk)
- 2 cups Mixture of any alkaline fruit, diced
- 1 tbsp. Raw honey or agave (optional)
- Spice to taste (more than one spice can be added)
- 2 tbsp. Cacao powder for chocolate flavor (optional)
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until creamy and frothy, stopping and scraping down the sides as necessary. If desired, garnish with a frozen strawberry and mint sprig. Serve immediately or store in an airtight jar in the refrigerator for 1 day.
