Nut Pie Crust
Servings: 1 Pie crust
Ingredients
- 1 cup graham crackers, low-fat, grounded
- ¼ cup Pecans, grounded
- ¼ cup Coconut milk, low-fat, unsweetened
- 6 tbsp. Applesauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Blend graham crackers and pecans in a food processor.
- Transfer to a bowl and add coconut milk and applesauce. If mixture does not form into a ball, add additional applesauce. Press into a 9-inch nonstick pie pan and bake for 12–15 minutes.
Notes
If you desire a cinnamon flavor, add 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon.
